First, put some hardener on a plastic plate, add some water and mix both. Then pull the thread through the mixture. Wrap the wet thread around a balloon so that it forms a ball. If you want, you can sprinkle some glitter on the ball. Let everything dry for a sufficiently long time (it is best to put it on a plastic cup for a few hours) and end up bursting the balloon. Finally blow the balloon. Be careful that the bursting balloon does not damage the ball.
