Wrap the wet thread around a balloon so that it forms a ball. If you want, you can sprinkle some glitter on the ball. Let everything dry for a sufficiently long time (it is best to put it on a plastic cup for a few hours) and end up bursting the balloon. Finally blow the balloon.
